| TORTILLA
DOG
Ingredients:
8-10
pcs BIBBO! Cheesedog Regular
8-10 pcs cheese slices
8-10 pcs small flour tortilla sheets
2 tbsps butter
|

Procedure:
Lay each tortilla sheet
and top with one cheese slice. Top with Bibbo! Cheesedog. Roll and
press the edges to make a tortilla dog. Brush some butter onto a
teflon pan to lightly coat it. Heat pan and lay out 2 to 3 tortilla
dogs at a time. The heat will melt the cheese and seal the tortilla
dog. Lightly toast the tortilla dog all around.
